A very busy and dynamic business owner reached out to Organizewell for office organization. Over the phone, the client described her difficulty keeping the space organized and how frustrated she was that the space looked disorganized and cluttered. During the assessment, OrganizeWell pointed out that the space lacked STORAGE. We listened to the client and worked together to create a list of the key items and activities that this space needed to support. With those guidelines and a budget, we went shopping….

This business owner is loved by her clients and they gift her beautiful things in her signature color (bet you guessed it was pink). OrganizeWell created open space for the lovely things that inspire her. We also included concealed storage for the necessary, but not as beautiful, items like printer paper and staples and tax returns.
Make the space work as hard as the client
We designed a space that can handle the activities that are most important for this owner. She now has a private space to have conversations and planning sessions with key employees. She has a place for everything so she doesn’t waste time looking for things in the few breaks she has in her busy day. She has a calming office that is ideal for catching up on her lunch break. And the floor is completely, wonderfully, and totally clear.
