The OrganizeWell Process

We know how overwhelming the beginning of an organizing project may feel.  That is why OrganizeWell has developed the 4-P process that will take you from frustrated to organized in the shortest amount of time.

  1. Plan

OrganizeWell begins every client relationship with a free assessment. We design CUSTOM organizing solutions, which means we start by understanding the underlying organizational challenges. During the assessment, we will discuss your organizing goals and develop an action plan that can be tailored to fit any job or budget.


2. Perform

With the plan in hand, OrganizeWell starts the work of putting your space in order. We work side-by-side with you to sort, group and decide what belongs in your space and where everything belongs.  Or, for the busy client, we organize to your specification while you are at work or on vacation! OrganizeWell will repurpose storage you already own or shop for what is needed.  We leave everything perfectly in place and labeled so it’s easy (and enjoyable) to maintain order. At the end of every session, our clients see improved order and feel more organized.


3. Provide

OrganizeWell turns your decisions into actions as we handle donations and recycling at the end of every session.  Our clients tell us they appreciate having less errands to run! We have trusted relationships to install storage improvements to any space in the home, for large donations, clean-outs, storage and moves - near and far.

4. Perfect

OrganizeWell transfers the skills of organizing so clients are empowered to stay organized. Clients are given a session summary after every appointment detailing what was organized, the organizing principles used and tips to keep the space organized.  We can even schedule maintenance appointments to keep spaces fresh and organized.

  • 3 separate 3-hour, onsite organizing sessions (9 hours total)

  • 3 trips for donations and recycling

  • Referrals and scheduling for other professionals (i.e., movers, junk haulers, major donations)

  • Personalized session & maintenance reports

  • Additional hours billed at $80/hour or $140 for two organizers.
